“Upon entering, we had a little demand for a reservation because my sister and I made a reservation through Booking, however, I had it, cash was not removed from the card, but of course the ladies working at the reception were so kind to our problem and automatically gave us a link through which we can make the transaction immediately and they were so calm and attentive so it went perfectly, stress free. After that we had a weather situation that was unexpected, it started to rain, so the guys from the reception again gave us an umbrella, which is a very big plus. They were there for every question I had to answer so kindly and with a feeling of complete ease. For the food we bought, we needed a utensil (fork), we got it right away. The rooms were impeccably clean and communication with the maids was at an excellent level (via cards attached to the door). They met everything. The sofas at the reception desk are as comfortable as the beds, big kudos to the man who designed the interior. We almost fell asleep how comfortable it was. The service stands on the sidelines and takes great care to replenish everything that is missing, one person is engaged for that and non-stop brings either candies or lemonade or water depending on what is missing. Breakfast was rich every morning, nothing was missing, which usually happens when it is based on a Swedish menu, replenishment is constant. The location is great because you are close to everything. You are not exactly in the center, but you get there quickly. You certainly have other activities at "your fingertips".”

“I organized a multi-day business event at NH Las Artes Hotel, and everything was excellent. The staff was very attentive, helpful, and friendly. The conference facilities were of great quality, comfortable, and perfectly supported by the hotel team. The restaurant food in the hotel was delicious and varied, and the overall atmosphere was warm and comfortable. The location is ideal, close to the City of Arts and Sciences, with a beautiful green courtyard behind the hotel and many bars and restaurants nearby. Highly recommend this hotel for conferences and corporate events.”
